A delicately trimmed headband featuring glitter sequin foil diamonds, beads and diamantés.  Around the edge is millinery crin tubing covering warm white fairy lights. The battery pack is cleverly hidden, but can still be accessed to change the battery. Secured with a comb and elastic.
